Die Auswirkungen des Mitarbeiters selbst, der Organisation, der Fuhrung, der Projektabwicklung, des Projektleiters und des Wissensmanagements auf dessen Motivationslage in der Projektarbeit sind Gegenstand dieser Arbeit. Hierzu werden die Gebiete Selbstmotivation, Fremdmotivation, Organisation, Fuhrung, Projektmanagement, Projektleitermotivation und Wissensmanagement zuerst theoretisch erschlossen.
