If there's anything people say they want more of these days...it's energy. The world around us continually requires more of us while we give less and less thought to our long-term health. This distracted and overwhelmed mindset has landed us squarely in survival mode, depriving us of the necessary steps to create lasting, sustained energy. The truth is most of us are so exhausted and don't know how to find the energy to live our best lives. We don't need another long list of expensive recommendations from so-called experts, or a complicated morning routine that takes over three hours. We need a new formula that is practical, low-cost, easy and that flat out works. We need The ENERGY Formula! Developed by biochemist, dietitian, sports nutritionist and formulation scientist Shawn Wells after surviving a series of torturous health battles, this pivotal and groundbreaking book is the product of meticulous and persistent research to find solutions to his personal and painful experiences-paired with two decades of legitimate clinical and scientific expertise. In this book, readers will discover how to utilize six critical ENERGY pillars to rebuild their own lives to rid themselves of exhaustion and, instead, power their lives with limitless potential. Readers will be able to: Understand how energy is created with mitochondrial health and how to get more of it Learn how biological shortcuts or "biohacks" can optimize longevity and quality of life Create measurable change in 30 short days with the help of included surveys Increase resilience through the science of hormesis and protect themselves from illness Unleash their limitless potential with chapter summaries for quick reference Make clear use of tools like fasting, keto, paleo, cold plunges, DNA testing, supplements and more A transparent, vulnerable and inspiring call to action, The ENERGY Formula is a guide meant to bring you out of the black hole of fatigue, depression and weight challenges and into a more passionate, energized and vibrant life NOW...with expert Shawn Wells as your guide through every simple, research-backed step.

The most celebrated equation of all time, Albert Einstein's formula transformed much of the scientific world's thinking about the universe. This book borrows some of the principles of Einstein's theory and applies them to explain the positive energy found in successful, high-achieving organizations. Inside, along with five key energy conductors that generate the energy necessary to achieve your organizational goals, you'll also discover some surprising drains on the energy that exists within your organization.

The strongest energy always wins. That's it! That's the key to moving from your current situation, any situation, into the life you've always wanted. Yes! Energy presents the power of the "Energy Equation," which you can employ to attract abundance to all areas of your life. This formula can help you lead your life to achieve financial freedom; center your actions around a spiritual core of certainty and confidence; up-shift your attitude into consistent optimism; commit to engage with others at the highest, most satisfying levels; create the enterprise you've always envisioned; and dust off your dreams. Best-selling author and entrepreneurial speaker Loral Langemeier developed this simple and straightforward methodology, which is revealed explicitly in these pages, because she needed it herself. Knocked to her knees more than a few times on her true-grit journey from farm girl to multimillionaire, she knows what it's like to hit obstacles hard. Yet despite the blows, she still stands, and she still delivers. So, if you want to learn how to tap into infinite, productive energy; extreme optimism; and calming, clarifying spirituality to improve your life in any way . . . this is the book for you! Harness the Energy Equation and supercharge your life!

The Energy Balance of Relativity

Zoltan J Kiss re-examines Einstein's ground-breaking work on relativity. He uncovers and resolves the significant inconsistencies which he demonstrates impose unnecessary limitations on the full flowering of the theories of relativity. The book states that the real reciprocal character is missing from the existing concept of relativity, therefore the time formula in the Special Theory is inadequate. The book also proves that there is a misunderstanding and misinterpretation on the transformation of space coordinates in the Special Theory. The energy balance approach introduced by the book shows that the collision of electromagnetic waves with inert bodies or systems of reference in acceleration in a space without gravitational field results in similar effect as Einstein a priori attributed to Gravitation. The findings of the book are questioning the foundation of the General Theory and state the Euclidean geometry still holds good, but the approach must be changed. The book offers the correct formula for the time relations of systems of reference in relative motion, characterises the unity of the mass-energy balance, defines new categories of intensity of events and event concentration, describes the motion with v=lim c, the acceleration for infinite time, extends the meaning of Doppler's formula, investigates the blue and red shift of electromagnetic waves and gives the premium formula of the blue and red shift sequence for use. His energy balance approach brings Kiss to a revolutionary new definition of Gravitation, a definition which offers the world a new source of energy.

Through Waste-to-Energy (WtE) technology, plants use waste as a renewable fuel to co-produce electricity, heating, and cooling for urban utilization. This professional book presents the latest developments in WtE technologies and their global applications. The first part of the book covers thermal treatment technologies, including combustion, novel gasification, plasma gasification, and pyrolysis. It then examines 35 real-world WtE case studies from around the world, analyzing technical information behind planning, execution, goals, and national strategies. Results through the years show the benefits of the technology through the life cycle of the products. The book also examines financial and environmental aspects.

Do you know about zero-point energy? Well, Zero-point energy (ZPE) is the lowest possible energy that a quantum mechanical system may have. Unlike in classical mechanics, quantum systems constantly fluctuate in their lowest energy state as described by the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. But do you know how to use it and what is it used for? If you are interested, let's read this book! Readers can have access to this very useful guide on how to wand over 100 diseases using zero-point energy wands. Included in this ebook is also information on how to create "structured water" using a zero-point energy wand. This is the first time this information has been made available to others. New research shows that "structured water" helps the body to heal and readers are given information on how they can create structured water using their ZPE wand.

This book, like the first and second editions, addresses the fundamental principles of interaction between radiation and matter and the principles of particle detection and detectors in a wide scope of fields, from low to high energy, including space physics and medical environment. It provides abundant information about the processes of electromagnetic and hadronic energy deposition in matter, detecting systems, performance of detectors and their optimization. The third edition includes additional material covering, for instance: mechanisms of energy loss like the inverse Compton scattering, corrections due to the Landau–Pomeranchuk–Migdal effect, an extended relativistic treatment of nucleus–nucleus screened Coulomb scattering, and transport of charged particles inside the heliosphere. Furthermore, the displacement damage (NIEL) in semiconductors has been revisited to account for recent experimental data and more comprehensive comparisons with results previously obtained. This book will be of great use to graduate students and final-year undergraduates as a reference and supplement for courses in particle, astroparticle, space physics and instrumentation. A part of the book is directed toward courses in medical physics. The book can also be used by researchers in experimental particle physics at low, medium, and high energy who are dealing with instrumentation.

Thermodynamics and Statistical Mechanics

This textbook brings together the fundamentals of the macroscopic and microscopic aspects of thermal physics by presenting thermodynamics and statistical mechanics as complementary theories based on small numbers of postulates. The book is designed to give the instructor flexibility in structuring courses for advanced undergraduates and/or beginning graduate students and is written on the principle that a good text should also be a good reference. The presentation of thermodynamics follows the logic of Clausius and Kelvin while relating the concepts involved to familiar phenomena and the modern student's knowledge of the atomic nature of matter. Another unique aspect of the book is the treatment of the mathematics involved. The essential mathematical concepts are briefly reviewed before using them, and the similarity of the mathematics to that employed in other fields of physics is emphasized. The text gives in depth treatments of low density gases, harmonic solids, magnetic and dielectric materials, phase transitions, and the concept of entropy. The microcanonical, canonical, and grand canonical ensembles of statistical mechanics are derived and used as the starting point for the analysis of fluctuations, blackbody radiation, the Maxwell distribution, Fermi-Dirac statistics, Bose-Einstein condensation, and the statistical basis of computer simulations.
